In continuation of this department’s earlier advertisement published vide No. HSE/143/2017/14595, dated 14th Dec’ 2017, in the newspapers, inviting applications from intending candidates for Newly created Model Hospitals in the State for filling up of 216 number of posts in different categories in different Districts under the Directorate of Health Services, Assam, it is further notified that additional 207 posts in different Districts of Assam under similar/ different categories have become available.

It is for information of all intending candidates that the total number posts stand revised for which the applications are invited for both Model Hospitals and other establishments of DHS in different districts, as follows.

1. Pharmacist
New Total Vcancy: 92(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.7400
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institutes must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.

2. Pharmacist(Ayurvedic)
New Total Vcancy: 06(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.6200
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy(Ayurvedic) from recognized institutes must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.

3. Radiographer
New Total Vcancy: 59(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.6200
Educational Qualification:  Radiographer Technician Certificate Course  or above  from any Govt
recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam.

4. Laboratory(Technician)
New Total Vcancy:94(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.6200
Educational Qualification: Laboratory Technician Certificate Course or above from any Govt. recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam.

5. Account Assistant/Junior Assistant.
New Total Vcancy:96(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.5600
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university with  certificate of computer application.

6. Dresser
New Total Vcancy:76(Reservation As per Govt. Rule)
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2,Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.5000
Educational Qualification: HSLC or equivalent passed from a recognized Board with Experience.

How to Apply : The intending candidates may submit application online in the website of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam, i.e. www.dhs.assam.gov.in from –5th March’ 2018 midnight onwards.

The candidates who have already submitted applications in response to our earlier advertisement dated 14th Dec’ 2017 need not apply again in response to this addendum advertisement.

The last date for receiving application in response to this addendum advertisement is 16th March’ 2018 midnight.

All other conditions for submission of application will remain the same as published in earlier advertisement dated 14th Dec’ 2017.
