State Project Management Unit (SPMU), Guwahati and City Project Implementation Unit (CPIU), Guwahati, Silchar, Dibrugarh and Nagaon invites applications in the Standard form published in Part IX of the Assam Gazette from eligible candidates for engagement to the various posts on contractual basis under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), Assam. Job Details under State Project Management Unit (SPMU), Guwahati

1.Name of the post: Account Manager
No. of Vacancies: 1
Required Qualification:

  • Candidates should have done post graduation in Commerce with minimum 55% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and Knowledge in Computer Applications and Tally latest version.

Age Limit: Not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years

 Remuneration: Rs.35,000/- Per Month

2. Name of the Post: Junior Assistant
No. of Vacancies: 1
Required Qualification:

  • Candidates must have done Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
  • Adequate knowledge in Computer Applications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations/Reputed Private Company

Age Limit: Not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years

 Remuneration: Rs.15,000/- Per Month



Job Details Under City Project Implementation Unit (CPIU) :

1.Name of the post: City Project Officer
No. of Vacancies: 4

Required Qualification:

  • Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/MCA/B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations/Reputed Private Company with exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.

Age Limit: Not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years

Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- Per Month

2.Name of the post: City Development Officer
No. of Vacancies: 4

Required Qualification:

  • Full-Time Master Degree in Social Science (Minimum 2 years of course duration) with minimum 55% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation
  • Good knowledge in Computer Application
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations/Reputed Private Company in the field of project management
  • Candidates having additional knowledge of working with urban development projects/programs or implementing urban reforms for states and ULBs will be given preferences

Age Limit: Not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years

Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- Per Month

Engagement Period: Candidates will be recruited for 11 months initially which may further get extended based on their performance and requirement of the mission
